Merck needed a data catalog that could be used by both technical and non-technical employees to find and use data in their everyday tasks. The final product uses AI/ML to allow users to search on the task they are being asked to complete (e.g., I need to create a report on the application vulnerabilities across IT in the last 6 months) and shows recommendations for data to use in order to complete that task. The product can also be used as a traditional data catalog to find, save, share, and query data.
